DIY Pumpkin Decor with Lights

This lighted pumpkin vase project was made by Nicole in our Floral Department. This is a quick project that will light up your fall nights in a festive manner.

Supplies:
One Roll Orange Tulle
One Medium Glass Bowl
Set of 30 Firefly Lights
One Roll of Green Open Weave Ribbon

Directions:
Cut 5 strips of orange tulle that is approximately 10" long.
Cut one strip of the green ribbon.
Lay one strip of tulle strip flat on your work surface.
Place the firefly light in the glass bowl.
Turn bowl upside down  and set in the middle of the strip.
Leave the lights control box out of the bowl.
Now bring both ends of tulle together above the bowl.
Repeat this step with four more layers of tulle, offset each one so that they go all the way around the bowl.
Now tie the ribbon to close the tulle just above the bowl.
You may leave the ribbon in a loose bow, or create a full bow with many loops and tie with floral wire, then attach to the pumpkin.
