Make a Seattle Seahawks Dog Bandana For Game Day!

Seahawks fans come in all shapes, sizes and some even have fur!  Be sure to create a Seahawks bandana for your furry friend before  Superbowl!

Seahawks fabric dog bandana
Supplies:
  • One Square of Green Fabric
  • One Square of Seahawks Fabric

Small Dog- cut One 12” square of green and one 12" square of Seahawk fabrics
Medium Dog- cut One 20” square of green and one 20" square of Seahawk fabrics
Large Dog- cut One 24” square of green and One 24" square of Seahawk fabrics
This pattern will make 2 scarves.

Directions:
  1. Place the Seahawk square face down on top of the green square. Fold in half to make a triangle. Cut on the diagonal fold- You will have 2 triangular sets of fabric.
  2. Stitch around the 3 sides of the triangle (we used 1/4” seams) leaving an opening to turn the fabric inside out.
  3. Turn so the Seahawk fabric is facing out. Iron.
  4. Topstitch all the way around the triangle, making sure the raw edged opening where you turned the scarf inside out is tucked in to make the seam.
  5. Fold down the diagonal side of the scarf to fit your dog collar. The Seahawk fabric should be the main side, with the green showing when folded over. I stitched it an extra 1/2“ wide to make sure there was enough room to slide the collar on and off.
