Supplies
- 24" Rusty Metal Star
- Two 12" x 12" Sheets of Skull by My Mind's Eye
- Three 12" x 12" Sheets of Spooky by My Mind's Eye
- One 12" x 12" Black Cardstock
- Mod Podge
- Spiders
- Paper Cutter
- Scissors
- Pencil
- Foam Brush

1. Trace and cut 5 Template A patterns from the Skull paper. Turn
Template A over, trace and cut 5 more patterns from the Skull paper.
2. Trace and cut 5 Template B patterns from the Spooky paper.
Turn Template B over, trace and cut 5 more patterns from the Spooky paper.
3. Trace and cut 5 Template C patterns from the black cardstock.
Lay out your patterns onto the star to guide you before you glue them
on. The patterns were designed to have about a 1/4" of the star showing
around all the edges.
4. Starting with the A patterns, apply Mod Podge to bottom of the
pattern you are adhering, and then apply a thin coat of Mod Podge over
the top once it is adhered to the star. Repeat this for all of the A
patterns.
5. Now with the B patterns, apply Mod Podge to bottom of the pattern
you are adhering, and then apply a thin coat of Mod Podge over the top
once it is adhered to the star. Repeat this for all of the B patterns.
6. Now with the C patterns, use the photo as a guide as you use Mod Podge to adhere them to the star one at a time.7. Set the star aside to let dry.
8. Once dry, apply a thin coat of Mod Podge to seal the star and let it dry.
9. Use adhesive to adhere spiders to the web.
Feel free to add any other embellishments to the star.
Let it dry completely before displaying.
