Create your own Halloween hat with a few supplies from your Bonney Lake craft store. Nevada painted the paper mache hat orange with our Cheep! Paint and then added black dots. She glued black feathers all the way around the band, then glued on a ribbon band and finished it with an orange sunflower. It is a super easy project that will bring some whimsy to your home decor.
