Kazuri Beads Trunk Show

Join us on March 8 and 9, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. as we host a Kazuri Beads Trunk Show - FREE to attend!

Kazuri was started in 1975 by Lady Susan Wood, whose goal was to employ disadvantaged Kenyan women.

Kazuri, which means "small and beautiful" in Swahili, are handmade, hand-painted ceramic beads that shine with a kaleidoscope of African colors and Kenyan art that reflect a culture and appeal to a worldwide fashion market.

A class on how to make a beautiful bracelet similar to this, is being offered on Saturday, March 9th from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The class is $5 (plus the cost of supplies) and has very limited seating. You can sign up in store or by phone (253) 862-6822.

Be sure to save the date so you don't miss the opportunity to see these stunning beads in person!
