DIY Nautical Americana Wreath for Summer

Create this Nautical Americana Wreath for your front door or mantle.

Supplies:
Burlap Mesh, 8 - 10 yards
Denim Ribbon
Sealife Ribbon
Red and White Striped Cording
Metal Wreath Frame
Pipe Cleaners
Red Wooden Anchor

Directions:
Gather one end of the mesh and tie into the wreath frame with a pipe cleaner.  Now gather the Sealife ribbon into a loop and also tie with a pipe cleaner. Gather the next 10" to 12" of mesh and tie to the wreath frame about 3" to 4" from the first pipe cleaner. Now tie the denim ribbon with the red and white cording on to of it to the wreath form. Continue gathering and twisting and attaching loops of mesh and alternating ribbons with pipe cleaners until the entire wreath is covered. Tie the anchor on to the wreath form for stability and also use a hot glue gun to attach it.  Allow to dry and your project is ready.
