DIY Chunky Home Letters

Home is a great place to be and this deco piece is perfect for your entry table or a family room mantle.

Supplies:
Wood HOME Letters Set
Wood Apple Set
White Acrylic Paint
Red Acrylic Paint
Brown Acrylic Paint
Scrapbook Papers

Instructions:
Open the package of HOME letters and paint them all white. Set aside to dry.
Now open the apple package and paint the apple red.
Paint the stem with brown paint.
Paint the small heart red.
Allow all pieces to dry completely.
Cut out scrapbook paper in the shape of the apple (it does not have to be exact.
Glue scrapbook paper to the front and back side of the apple.
Now sand the edges of the apple to cut off excess paper and show some of the wood through.
Repeat this with the smaller apple shape.
Glue paper on to the leaf.
Glue all pieces together and allow to dry.
Place the HME letters on a table or shelf and place the apple where the o should be.
