Are you a fan of Mary Poppins? We have a wonderful line of scrapbooking paper from Carta Bella called Practically Perfect. Laurie is a fan and made this cute frame to add to a shelf. She used a wood frame, red acrylic paint and the paper line. After painting the wood, she cut out the paper images and attached with glue dots. Super easy!
