Rockstar Necklace

These Kaisercraft Wooden Flourishes are light wooden embellishments for crafting projects, scrapbooking, home decor, and more.

Billie Jo saw these and wondered what she could use them for and here is what she created.

Crafted by Billie Jo.

Who would have ever thought of turning wooden embellishments into a pendant?

Billie Jo stained the wings with Adirondack Alcohol Ink in Raspberry. Of course, you can choose to use:

  • Acrylic Paint
  • Embossing Powder
  • Microbeads
  • Glitter

She then used two large jump rings to secure the wings together and added a charm to hang from the bottom of the pendant.

Two large jump rings were used to secure each side of the wings onto a chain that she doubled on each side and added a lobster claw clasp.

To complete the necklace, she applied Glossy Accents by Inkssentials over the top of the wings to give it a finished look. You could also use JudiKins Diamond Glaze to give wings a glossy finish.

Billie Jo is the quite creative rockstar, isn't she?

It's incredible how a little imagination can turn into something beautiful.
