How-to: Make Your Own Stamp

Yesterday, we had a customer looking for a specific stamp, which she could not find, but thanks to our quick-thinking creative Class Coordinator, Christy showed her how to make one.

Crafted by Christy.

Supplies

  • 6mm Foamies Sheet
  • Die
  • Wooden Die Cut Shape
  • Glue Dots
  • Scissors

Any materials you purchase at our store, such as paper, foam sheets, material, etc. gives you FREE use of our Die Cut Center.

If your die cut machine cannot handle the 6mm thick foam sheet, then use our Die Cut Center.

1.  Select a die of your choice and cut the shape from the foam sheet.

You can use any color foam to make your stamp.

Christy used a wooden die cut heart for her stamp, but you can use any shape wood, acrylic block or another material to use as the "base" of the stamp.

2.  Use glue dots to adhere the die cut foam to the bottom of your wooden die cut shape.

Now, it's ready to use!
