We'll give you the "basic" instructions on how to accomplish the 3D effect and from there you can build up your creation with any layers of your choice.
To create the 3D effect, you will use multiple sheets of the same image, from which you will cut out focus parts of the paper. What you want to focus on is up to you. You will start by preparing your card. You can either make the card yourself by folding a piece of cardstock in the size of your choice, or you can use a pre-made blank card. Then adhere one full piece of the Graphic 45 "By The Sea" paper (of your choice) to the front of the card. This will be your base for building your 3D image.
For the next layer, cut out a section (the part you want as your focus) from your second sheet of paper. Attach this second piece to the first sheet of paper using 3D self-adhesive foam squares - making sure it's aligned properly. Use the same technique 3 more times by cutting parts of the image and layering them with 3D foam squares.
