Dinosaur Glitter Jars Tutorial

These jars are a fun idea for boys. I think these would be fun to add to an Easter basket with treats or marbles inside of them.

Supplies:

• Mason Jars or Other Small Jars
• Plastic Dinosaurs
• Mod Podge
• White Acrylic Paint
• Glitter, Extra Fine
• Hot Glue Gun and Glue Stick

Directions:

1. Glue the dinosaur to the lid using the hot glue gun.
2. Paint the entire lid, including the dinosaur with white paint.  Allow to dry.
3. Cover completely with Mod Podge and sprinkle with glitter.
4. Shake off excess glitter and set aside to dry.
5. Completely coat the lid with Mod Podge to seal the glitter.  Allow to dry.

You are now ready to fill the jar with treats or toys.
