This clock is made out of light weight styrofoam and is easy to make. It will look great in a college dorm room or kid's bedroom.
Supplies:
- Smoothfoam Disk, 8”x1”
- 12 Styrofoam Balls
- Clock Parts Set
- Unfinished Wood Love
- One 20 Pack 3/16” Wood Dowels
- Bo Bunny Pink Punch Scrapbook Paper
- Americana Acrylic Paint - Petal Pink, Sea Beeze
- Paint all the Styrofoam with Americana Sea Breeze Blue paint and allow to dry.
- Paint 12 wood dowels Sea Breeze Blue and allow to dry.
- Paint the sides and back of the wood “Love” word pink and allow to dry.
- Apply Mod Podge to front of wood “Love” and place face down on back side of paper. Allow to dry.
- Cut around the word with a razor blade and apply Mod Podge on top to seal.
- Poke the dowels into the foam disk, remove and place small amount of hot glue on hole. Re-insert dowels into holes. Now place balls on the ends of the dowels. Glue in place.
- Cut a hole in the Styrofoam and add clock part. (See clock parts package instructions)
