April Card of the Month Project

Our card of the month for April is Advice from a Sunflower.  Karen created this bright and cheery wall art to share with you.

Supplies:

• One 12"x12" Barn Wood Frame
• One Advice from a Sunflower Card
• One 12"x12" Home Grown by Pebbles Scrapbook Paper
• Green cardstock
• Goldenrod Cardstock
• One Package of Little B Bumblebee Stickers
• Ivory Acrylic Paint
• Sunflowers
• Glue
• Paintbrush

Instructions:

1. Dry brush ivory paint to the inside of the barn wood frame to give a white washed appearance.
2. Set aside to dry.
3. Glue the Advice from a Sunflower card to goldenrod cardstock.
4. Trim the paper to give a thin border of yellow.
5. Now glue this to the green cardstock and trim again.
6. Glue the card to the 12"x12" scrapbook paper.
7. Glue the bumblebees to the paper in a random order.
8. Place the paper inside of the barn wood frame.
9. Glue sunflowers the the frame corners.
