Make A Seahorse and Starfish Pallet

Supplies:
One Grey Pallet, #PAC35
Three Cleat Hooks, #XMM82
One Wood Seahorse, #CAF1332
One Package Starfish, #HMD400
DecoArt Vintage Effect Wash, Blue, Turquoise and White
Foam Brushes
Sandpaper
E6000 Adhesive
Instructions:
Paint the pallet boards with a dry brush technique.
Now dry brush the starfish and allow to dry.
Sand the pallet and starfish to the desired distressed look.
Glue the seahorse to the pallet.
Attach the cleat hooks to the pallet.
Now glue the starfish to the pallet.
