It's A Boy Shelf Decor

Make a framed art piece to celebrate a new baby boy!

Supplies:

Black 5x7 Frame

Scrapbook Paper, Peekaboo #ALB2472

Scrapbook Paper, Just Ducky #733502

Mod Podge

Instructions:

Remove backing from the frame.

Trace the mat outline to your scrapbook paper.

Cut the duck  paper to fit, then cut out hole for the inner border.

Next cut the blue dots paper to fit the opening of the inner black frame. 

Glue to the back with E6000 adhesive.

Cut out the Boy printed card from the scrapbook paper and glue to the center of the paper.

Put the piece inside the frame and attach the backing.

Glue in the Congratulations and Happy Family embellishments.
