Linda made this cute unicorn birthday banner with PA Paper Accents Chipboard Pennants, scrapbook paper and our die cut machine. Just choose your paper, run them through the die cut to cut out the shapes and letters, then glue all pieces to the chipboard. Finish with ribbon to string them together and you have an adorable banner to display.
