- Unfinished Wooden Jewelry Box
- Glass Mosaic Tiles
- Sanded Mosaic Tile Grout
- Adirondack Alcohol Ink
- Acrylic Paint
- E-6000
- Foam Brush
For this project, Billie Jo used Mosaic Mercantile and a jewelry box with lid that has an inset lay the mosaic tiles.
1. Use the foam brush to apply paint(s) in the color of your choice to the inside and outside of the jewelry box.
2. Set it aside to let dry.
3. Adhere glass tiles to the inset of the jewelry box using E-6000 and anywhere else you would like.

4. Prepare the tile grout by following the directions on the package (and if you want color your grout, add drops of alcohol ink into the mixture).
5. Apply the grout over the glass tiles, working your way to filling every crevice.
6. Once done, use a damp sponge or cloth to wipe the grout from the tiles.
7. Allow the grout to dry for an hour or until a haze forms on the tiles and grout crevices are firm.
8. Use a soft dry cloth to polish the tile haze and then follow the directions on the package for curing instructions.
