Sequin Easter Eggs and Basket Tutorial

This basket filled with sequin eggs is a perfect Easter decor craft.


Supplies:

  • Unfinished Wood Basket
  • Green Acrylic Paint
  • Pink Scrapbook Paper
  • Styrofoam Eggs
  • Sequins and Sequin Pins
  • Paper Shred
  • Ribbon, or pre-made bow


Directions:

  1. Paint the unfinished wood basket with green paint. Allow to dry.
  2. Cut strips of scrapbook paper and glue to the slats of the basket.
  3. Push the sequins in one at a time to the smooth styrofoam egg until completely covered.
  4. Repeat this process with the other eggs.
  5. Attach the ribbon or bow to the side of the basket.
  6. Fill the basket with shred.
  7. Now place the eggs in the basket and your project is finished.
