This Happy Halloween Banner kit comes with everything you need except for the paint. Choose your own color choices and paint the unfinished wood pieces. When the paint dries you string each wood piece on the twine and your banner is ready to hang. You can also add paper embellishments or glitter for extra pizzazz.
