Spring Pompom Tree Tutorial

The pompoms give this soft Spring tree a whimsical look. This fun Spring decor is easy to make and would be a great project for all ages.


Supplies:
Styrofoam Cone
Pastel Small Pom Poms with Iridescent
Pastel Medium Sized Pom Poms with Iridescent
Pastel Large Pom Poms
Pastel Colored Acrylic Paints
S,P,R,I,N and G Mini Wood letters
Iridescent Shred
E6000 Adhesive

Directions:
Paint the cone with a pastel blue paint and set aside to dry.
Now paint the Spring letters - each in a different pastel paint color.  Allow to dry.
Glue shred to the entire cone.  Set aside to dry.
Glue the pom poms to the cone, varying the sizes and placement for a random look.
Allow to dry.
Finally, glue the Spring letters to the cone, starting at the top and ending at the bottom.
