Bungee Cord Friendship Bracelets

Friendship bracelets continue to be a top trending item! There is a new line of products that will take your bracelets to a new level. We are happy to introduce our new Bungee Cord, connectors and clasps by Darice. These bracelets can be personalized with your favorite colors and a variety of connectors and clasps.

Supplies:
One Package Bungee Cord ( your color choice)
One Package Clasp Set
Optional - One Package Connectors
Glue

Directions:
Step 1: Using scissors, cut the Bungee cord to fit around your wrist leaving about two inches for inserting the connector clasp.
Step 2: Closely trim off frayed threads on both ends of the bungee cord section.
Step 3: Push the cord through one end of the Peace connector. This will be moveable on the cord.
Step 4: Apply a dot of glue to one end of the bungee cord and firmly push the end into the bottom open hole of the Darice™ hook connector finding.
Step 5: Apply a dot of glue to the other end of the bungee cord and firmly push the end into the bottom open hole of the Darice™ eye connector finding.
Step 6: Place the completed bracelet around the wrist and use hook/eye connector to close bracelet.

To create the braid twist bracelet you will need to cut cord one and a half times the diameter of your wrist. After step 4 you will braid the cord completely before moving on to step 5.
